EMD Serono, a Bio-Pharmaceutical company focused on advancing science, has contracted FMC to be their embedded Owner’s Project Manager (OPM) for the development of a new Research and Development facility in Billerica, MA.

The proposed 148,000 square feet building will Provide EMD with much needed new Lab space for the development of potentially transformative drugs. 

FMC working closely with Erland Construction and The PM Group are currently in the process of completing foundations and erecting steel for the new building. This is the third building in EMD’s campus facility and continues the partnership between EMD, FMC, The PM Group and Erland.
